Learned that 'founder' is a fancy word for 'person who does customer support at 2 a.m.'

Built and scaled the chatbot at one of Southeast Asia's biggest super-apps — powering marketing campaigns and help flows for millions of users. Scaled campaign sends 12×, migrated 80GB+ of live data with zero downtime, and wired in LLMs so the bot could actually solve your problem instead of asking you to rephrase it.
